The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has granted a petition for allowance of appeal for a decision that commercial taxpayers failed to provide evidence that a local school district violated the state constitutional uniformity clause by evaluating property of, and filing assessment appeals only against, the taxpayers and similar commercial properties.
